"R.E.A.L Education Group is an established organisation with 30 strong years in Malaysia. It has been the best training platform for new educators and candidates to experience the international standards of quality education. R.E.A.L provides one of the best training techniques in educating child from three to six years old. Through their systematic training educators and candidates are exposed to different ways of educating a child. 

It has been 2 years and 4 months I am employed in R.E.A.L and I have been enjoying my journey with the best team ever. R.E.A.L has given me an opportunity to enhance my knowledge in every aspect that involves children education. I started as a Pre-Nursery Class Teacher back in 2013 and stepped into Pre-3 class as a Teacher in 2014. In 2015, I was promoted to be a Supervisor of the centre and currently undertaking Management Apprentice Program (MAP). 

Through this program I have expanded my knowledge and skills. Today, I stand as one of R.E.A.L Education Group's champions and am proud to be part of an established organisation that has created a ladder to my ambition.

Positivity through 4 Words - Toastmaster's World Championship 1st Runner Up, Kwong Yue Yang

Interesting speech from Toastmaster's World Championship second-place winner, Kwong Yue Yang, ACS, ALB, of Guangzhou, China, who gave a speech titled, "Four Words."

There's a twist half-way through this seemingly negative 8-minute speech that changed "I Told You So" into "Everything's Gonna Be Okay".

Sometimes being Right is NOT always Right.

Fellow teachers, this sharing could serve to remind us to stay positive (Joyfulness) and humble (Humility) even when we are at our wit's end.

This is how they learn to accept differences, resolve conflicts & communicate effectively." - Principal Loh Guay Hiong from SMK Taman Bukit Maluri, with more than 30 years experience working as teacher in 8 different schools. She was the Headmistress for SMK Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong for the last 3 years.

I had the privilege of working under Principal Puan Loh's leadership for a short few months while working as a Temporary Teacher teaching everything from Maths & Economics up to BM for Form 5 in 2010. Always in smiles, she didn't speak much. But she brought in a concept of sharing tales of wisdom during weekly assembly. I remembered how the students would quietly resist the "morning moral sessions" and neither did I understand the difficult choices made. But one thing for sure, she made a difference. And her good services & positive outlook will forever be remembered and loved dearly by the people she impacted.
