R.E.A.L Kids Management Apprentice Program (MAP) Graduation 2015

R.E.A.L Kids MAP Graduation Ceremony on 26th June 2015.

In line with R.E.A.L Education Group's Core Values, the 5Cs - Character, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking and Creativity, both teacher Carmen Roberts and teacher Tiu Sie Jie have achieved a tremendous feat in completing the 2-year Management Apprentice Program (MAP).

It definitely takes patience and determination, the willingness to work with others collaboratively and a working mind that's always willing to apply what's learned critically and creatively to get to where they are today, thriving Supervisors for R.E.A.L Kids centers.

Teacher Carmen, Diploma ECE graduate from ALFA International College. She's been with us since 2005 and she further her studies later on with ALFA to meet the early years' professional expectations. She's currently a Supervisor with R.E.A.L Kids.

R.E.A.L Kids also offers a very good environment to work in as we have very friendly staff here. Encouraging Environment to Teach 3-year-old Toddlers via Multiple Intelligence Approach - Teacher Hema from UNITAR

Teacher Hema, Degree ECE Graduate from UNITAR International University. Currently an Assistant Teacher with R.E.A.L Kids.

“Working at R.E.A.L Kids has been very good. I would rate it as 5 out of 5 due to its good environment as well as having understanding principal and teachers. I feel that I am able to learn more here compared to my previous preschools. I have learned how to teach and care for children from toddlers up to 3-year-olds. It has been challenging but I love it as my workplace is comfortable and conducive. Teaching and learning-wise, the Multiple Intelligences or MI approach at R.E.A.L Kids is ideal for slow learners who might lag behind other students. Personally, I have encouraged 3 junior teachers to join R.E.A.L Kids because I think it is the best place for them to work with young children and learn more about the profession.
